Full refund of the initial 50% deposit, less the $100 USD reservation fee, is available for cancellations received greater than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, after which your deposit is forfeited. Balance of your reservation is payable 30 days prior to arrival and no refund is available for cancellations received 30 days or less prior to arrival dates.

Holiday Season – Refund and Cancellation Dates are double for days booked during the weeks of, proceeding and following Christmas, New Years and Easter weekends. Therefore cancellations must be received greater than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to be eligible for a full refund of the initial 50% deposit, less the $100 USD reservation fee, and the 50% balance is payable 60 days prior to your arrival and is non refundable for cancellations received less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

*** Depending on the circumstances, and a full discretion of Casa Nova Cabanas the initial deposit may be used towards a future stay within 6 months of the original arrival date, depending on availability of Cabanas.
