Please note we are only able to accommodate guests 18 years of age and over, Cabanas are set up for a maximum of 2 people. We are happy to refer families with young children to resorts that are child-friendly in nature!

Rooms are for the use of Casa Nova Cabanas guests only.
Beach towels are available for your use, but if you decide to take one on an excursion off the property and it is lost you will incur a $25 USD charge to your credit card.

Daily housekeeping for cabanas is provided at no charge. For a stay 4 nights or less linens will not be changed, Any stay 5 nights or more will have linens changed after 4th night.

It is at the discretion of Casa Nova Cabanas management to manage noise and nuisance. If requests by Management to remedy any noise or nuisance complaints are not met by guests Casa Nova Cabanas reserves the right to evict guests without notice.

All of our rooms are non smoking, smoking on the balcony is permitted – but please be mindful of other guests. If a guest is found to be smoking within the cabana additional charges of $500.00USD will be applied to their credit card.

Casa Nova Cabanas is not liable for any delay, loss, injury, death, or accident occasioned directly or indirectly with this trip. Casa Nova Cabanas is not responsible for any expense caused by the loss or damage of any personal article or baggage, the late arrivals of any transportation, or any schedule change or delay. Client further agrees not to hold Casa Nova Cabanas liable for circumstances beyond its control.

Additional charges may be applied to your credit card for any significant damage incurred to the Cabana and/or its content during your visit.
